For Joanna whose partner tragically died in Rush

Pawel, a 43 years old Polish man living in Ireland for a number of years, died in the early hours of Sunday morning 28th March on the North Beach in Rush.
His death was untimely  and tragic, and left Joanna, his partner,  heartbroken. Her world has crumbled, and she has all the  questions but no answers.

While the cost of transport of ashes is being taken care of by his employer,  she needs to put money together to go to the funeral, which will be held in Poland probably next week. This will be for the flights,  accommodation, covid tests etc.
To make matter worse, her car broke down a few days ago and the repair cost was a high and unexpected expense.
Since there was a lot of support expressed on Rush Needs Your facebook page,  we are hoping we can do a collection for her and take out at least the financial worry at this heartbreaking time.

She lives on the north side of Dublin but will be coming back to the North Beach where Pawel's body was found. They used to come to this spot at weekends.

Thank you for every donation no matter how small.

Monika and Susan

We were trying to be there for her when we met by chance last weekend.
